Dusk Lovers, (Heraldic paintings) 2008-10
Oil on canvas, 36 x 48 ins - (Collection of the artist)
Painted over and over for a few years - this large oil started out as an
abstract landscape - Autumnal woodlands- then these forms emerged
from the trees - visitants that arrive on a dusky eve from the edge of the
last wild woods - shy deer in the distance.
Hope to exhibit this painting in the Hamilton gallery, Sligo in my 'Light Years -
New & Selected works' Exhibition - nov 4th 2010
